Become an SPRA certified instructor to lead dry land group fitness classes. You can come work with us when you’re done!

Yoga Retreat
October 15/16, 2010
$100/adult; min. 2 months experience required;
Friday 7-10pm Restorative Yoga 
This 3 hour evening workshop will offer a calming and restorative  yoga  experience.   The class will integrate Meditation, Mantra (sacred sounds), Pranayama (breath control), Asana (physical postures) and Savasana (deep relaxation) in a gentle framework. 
Saturday 9am-12pm Invigorating Yoga
This 3 hour morning workshop will explore deeper into the practice of Yoga, while integrating invigorating yoga postures and breath work.  It will be a class full of vitality and energy!  Start your day with yoga, and enjoy the energy it brings–sure to last the rest of the weekend!

  •  Bring your yoga mat, a thick blanket, meditation cushion, any other yoga props (brick, bolster, strap or foamie) and loose, comfortable clothing.
  • If you are pregnant and would like to register you will have to talk with the instructor first.
