Strength Wednesday: Power Sculpt
Looking for an aerobics class that offers a full body workout? Power Sculpt is a free-style strength training class including exercises to target all of the major muscle groups. Power Sculpt provides a total body conditioning and muscle definition geared specifically towards creating a lean yet sculpted physique. While Power Sculpt is aimed at being a high-intensity class, Fitness on 25th Instructors encourage all participants to work-out at their own pace, and will allow for varied techniques/moves. Fitness on 25th offer Power Sculpt at various times throughout the week. Power Sculpt schedule is as follows:
Mondays at noon hour 12:05pm-12:50pm with Andrea
Tuesday mornings 6:00am-7:00am with Eryn
Thursday mornings 6:00am-7:00am with Kimberly
Fridays at noon hour 12:05-12:50pm with Bernie.
